A new leaked document about Droid 4 popped up again, last month we have seen the first leaked image show  Motorola droid 4 with an exclusive keyboard slider with DROID RAZR styling embedded on it and several unofficial specifications rumor.

An official Droid 4 Specs now confirmed that it  will have a 4″ screen (not sure its  AMOLED or LCD), Powered by  1.2GHz dual-core processor,DROID RAZR styling as you see at its design + 5-row slideout keyboard, 1GB of RAM,   4G LTE connectivity, front camera for video chatting and an 8MP rear camera capable of 1080p HD video capture and LED flash.

An expandable onboard storage available 16GB could be 48GB with microSD card, you have  talk time up to 12.5 hours, memory card slot, 1785 mAh battery to support your device. By looking the Droid 4 specs and design, we may realize that its look like droid razr but we got qwerty one here as additional.  If you are the keyboard lover, This could be the droid device that many of you have been waiting for.

On interesting thing on Droid 4 that still uncover is  a rear cover  removal tool. The function is still unrecognized  whether removable battery  or for inserting SIM or SD cards as Droid-life. The Droid 4 release date is confirmed could be on December 8.
